D\u00e1le db\u00e1 o zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pravideln\u00fdch technick\u00fdch reviz\u00ed, tedy nap\u0159\u00edklad revize elektroinstalace ve spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch, revize hromosvodu, v\u00fdtahu, plynov\u00fdch karem a kom\u00ednov\u00fdch t\u011bles.P\u0159edseda SVJ se tak\u00e9 star\u00e1 o technick\u00fd stav budovy. Krom\u011b dod\u00e1vky pitn\u00e9 vody a d\u00e1lkov\u00e9ho tepla m\u00e1 na starosti i ve\u0161ker\u00e9 opravy a rekonstrukce, co\u017e se t\u00fdk\u00e1 kup\u0159\u00edkladu st\u0159echy, v\u00fdtahu, vchodov\u00fdch dve\u0159\u00ed, fas\u00e1dy, oken ve spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch atd.A samoz\u0159ejm\u011b svol\u00e1v\u00e1 alespo\u0148 jednou za rok sch\u016fze \u010dlen\u016f SVJ a tak\u00e9 je zplnomocn\u011bn zastupovat \u010dleny SVJ v r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9ho objektu na r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u00fa\u0159adech.Je toho zkr\u00e1tka a\u017e dost a k tomu v\u0161emu se tak\u00e9 mus\u00ed orientovat ve zm\u011bn\u00e1ch legislativy, kter\u00e9 se do t\u00e9to problematiky prom\u00edtaj\u00ed.
